Laser tattoo removal is extremely important for eradicating the ink from the patient’s body. Dr. Saal can treat both the amateur and profession tattoos on any skin type including very light or very dark. The process uses beams of light to break down ink particles and then the body naturally expels them. Sessions only last from minutes for small tattoos and up to half an hour for large areas. With each session the ink dissipates further and further. There is minimal risk of scaring and no extensive recovery time.

Mohs surgery is used to treat skin cancers, and boasts the highest cure rate of all treatments for skin cancer. The process involves the cutting away of the cancer one layer at a time. Each layer is then examined microscopically in order to ensure all the cancer is removed. The examinations are important to making sure all of the roots are removed. These roots lie under the skin, thereby making the size of the cancer much greater. The process typically only takes three or fewer stages, however the size of the cancer’s roots cannot be estimated in advance

The Zimmer Cryo Chillers assist with these various treatments by minimalizing pain and discomfort to the patient. The Cryo Chillers provide local relief through air-cooling during various procedures. Medically, it helps to prevent damage to the skin throughout laser procedure. Zimmer Cryo Chiller also brings a piece of mind to the patient even when undergoing the most advanced aesthetic treatments.
