The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord is independent of the Cryo 6 device and can be completely disconnected during transportation or when needed.

To install the Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord, first make sure that the device is switched to the off position. Connect the Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord to the device and plug into an appropriate outlet. Then carefully turn the device back on, making sure to that the power switch is fully depressed into the ON position.

The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord can be purchased to replace your overused or misplaced power cable, or to have extras on-hand for convenience. The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord is designed to work with the Cryo 6 cooling system. Do not use other cords to power this device as electrical damage to the device may effect your Cryo 6 warranty. The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord is heavy-duty and ultra-durable to provide a maximum life span. The female connector plugs into the back of the device and the male connector plugs into a standard 3 prong wall outlet.
The Cryo 6 power switch, located near the connection point for the Power Supply Cord (see picture) is a toggle switch with a built-in breaker to protect the unit. There are 3 positions: ON, OFF, and a middle groove. If you happen to pause near the middle spot when turning the unit on, it will cause an error message to be displayed on the panel and an alarm will sound. Turn the unit off, then carefully turn it back on, making sure to depress the power switch fully into the ON position.
The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord is intended for use with the Cryo 6 skin cooling system. Only Cryo 6 models should be equipped with the Cryo 6 Water Power Supply Cord. Other Cryo models should be fitted with their corresponding Cryo Power Supply Cord.
The Cryo 6 Power Supply Cord
A Power Supply Cord in good condition is essential to the function of the Cryo 6, which delivers cold air of temperatures down to -30 C from the Cryo 6 skin cooling system to the treatment site. The cold air is typically intended to minimize pain and thermal injury during laser and dermatological treatments and for temporary topical anesthetic relief for injections. The epidermis is cooled before, during, and after laser energy has been applied – without interfering with the laser beam.
