The Cryo Mini Articulating Part of Treatment Arm is used in the Cryo Mini Articulating Arm to suspend the Cryo Mini Hose during treatments and also when the device is not in use. The Articulating Part of Treatment Arm provides a flexible and sturdy bend in the Treatment Arm. This gives the practitioner the ability to reach and flex the Articulating Arm and Treatment Hose to the best position before skin cooling procedures and then provides hands-free operation during procedures. The Cryo Mini Hose attaches securely to the Articulating Arm with the Arched Hanger, preventing the Hose from dragging on the floor, drooping or kinking and becoming damaged from foot traffic. When treatment is not being administered, the easily adjustable Cryo Mini Articulating Arm, can facilitate smooth transport of the device between rooms and treatment chairs. When the device is in use for treatment, the Cryo Mini Articulating Part of Treatment Arm ensures control over treatment position and can keep your Cryo Mini Hose safely elevated, ensuring that cold air flows properly. This Articulating Part of Treatment Arm also eases reaching the hose to treatment sites and reaching between multiple treatment chairs.
The Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Mini Articulating Part of Treatment Arm is intended for use with the Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Mini skin cooling system. Only Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Mini models should be equipped with the Cryo Mini Articulating Part of Treatment Arm. Other Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo models should be fitted with their corresponding Cryo Articulating Part of Treatment Arm.
The Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Mini Articulating Part of Treatment Arm works in combination with the Cryo Mini Articulating Arm and Cryo Mini Hose and/or Extended Hose to deliver cold air of temperatures as low as -10°C from the Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Mini skin cooling system to the treatment site. The cold air is typically intended to minimize pain and thermal injury during laser and dermatological treatments and for temporary topical anesthetic relief for injections. The epidermis is cooled before, during, and after laser energy has been applied – without interfering with the laser beam.
