Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm - Hands-Free Skin Cooling Where You Need It
The Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm is used in the Cryo 6 Articulating Arm to suspend the Cryo 6 Hose during treatments and also when the device is not in use. The Articulating Part of Treatment Arm provides a flexible and sturdy bend in the Treatment Arm. This gives the practitioner the ability to reach and flex the Articulating Arm and Treatment Hose to the best position before skin cooling procedures and then provides hands-free operation during procedures. The Cryo 6 Hose attaches securely to the Articulating Arm with the Arched Hanger, preventing the Hose from dragging on the floor, drooping or kinking and becoming damaged from foot traffic. When treatment is not being administered, the easily adjustable Cryo 6 Articulating Arm, can facilitate smooth transport of the device between rooms and treatment chairs. When the device is in use for treatment, the Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm ensures control over treatment position and can keep your Cryo 6 Hose safely elevated, ensuring that cold air flows properly. This Articulating Part of Treatment Arm also eases reaching the hose to treatment sites and reaching between multiple treatment chairs.
The Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm is intended for use with the Cryo 6 skin cooling system. Only Cryo 6 models should be equipped with the Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm. Other Cryo models should be fitted with their corresponding Cryo Articulating Part of Treatment Arm.
The Cryo 6 Articulating Part of Treatment Arm works in combination with the Cryo 6 Articulating Arm and Cryo 6 Hose and/or Extended Hose to deliver cold air of temperatures down to -30 C from the Cryo 6 skin cooling system to the treatment site. The cold air is typically intended to minimize pain and thermal injury during laser and dermatological treatments and for temporary topical anesthetic relief for injections. The epidermis is cooled before, during, and after laser energy has been applied – without interfering with the laser beam.

The Articulating Arm enables the practitioner to operate the Cryo 6 device hands-free. The Articulating Arm attaches to the Cryo 6 cooling device hose to reach the treatment area and position the hose in a stable, anchored position. This allows the practitioner a safe method of removing their hands from the Cryo 6 hose during treatment and enables precise delivery of cold air of up to -30 C. Sold separately.
