This Cryo 7 preventative maintenance kit for the Cryo 7 device is designed to help keep your unit running optimally and protect the investment you made in your Cryo unit.
Each of the items included in this set may be purchased separately; however, purchasing this kit provides significant savings compared to buying each item individually.
Essential Components for the Cryo 7 System
Cryo 7 Filter: The Cryo 7 Filter is designed for trouble-free cold air delivery and is made from premium, high-quality materials. The filter grade is fine, providing effective filtration for optimal device performance. The Cryo 7 system will alert you when it's time to check the filter, typically recommending replacement annually or sooner depending on usage frequency. We recommend keeping a replacement Cryo 7 air filter on hand. The filter's snap-in design makes replacement straightforward and tool-free. To change the Cryo 7 filter, begin by securely holding the handle from above using both hands. With your fingers positioned at the indentations, push the air filter downwards. Once loosened, gently pull it forward to dislodge the air filter from its frame. Insert the new air filter by placing the frame into the lower retaining support and pressing firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the two arrows located at the upper edge of the air filter are directed towards the device.
Cryo 7 Hose: The Cryo 7 Hose is a lightweight and flexible accessory designed for efficient cold air delivery from the Cryo 7 skin cooling system. With a length of 8 feet 2 inches, it provides ample reach and versatility during treatments. The hose features easy magnetic installation at the pivot/swivel point on the back of the Cryo 7 unit, ensuring a secure connection and easy maneuverability. This design also allows the hose to be locked at various positions for enhanced treatment flexibility. To check for air leakage and potential issues, run your hand along the entire length of the hose while it is in operation. Using a damaged hose can inhibit air flow and negatively impact the cooling effect delivered. Be mindful not to pull or stretch the hose beyond its usable distance as overextending the hose can cause damage, leading to inefficient treatment and/or harm to the Cryo 7 unit. Regular inspection and replacement of the hose are advised if you notice any signs of wear, fraying, reduced airflow, or air leaks.
Cryo 7 Focusing Tip: The Cryo 7 Focusing Tip is an air nozzle that provides the user with a more concentrated air flow. The Focusing Tip attaches easily to the Cryo 7 Hose by inserting the tip into the treatment end of the hose. The range of the tip can be adjusted by sliding it in and out to varying degrees in the Cryo 7 hose. It also provides a means to reach those harder-to-reach treatment sites. The Focusing Tip attaches to the Cryo 7 cooling device hose, enabling precise delivery of cold air. The Focusing Tip can be easily removed when not needed.
Cryo 7 Defrost Water Container: The Cryo 7 Defrost Water Container should be cleaned after each draining and kept clean throughout the life of the Cryo 7 device. The Defrost Water Container collects condensation that occurs as a standard part of the device's operation. The Cryo 7 cooling device warms up when it is turned off after use and when the defrost program is initiated. This warming creates some condensation, which is drained into the Defrost Water Container. Up to 1.5 liters of collected condensation can be held before the container will need to be emptied. Cryo 7 Cold Air Device. (Sold separately.) The items in the Cryo 7 Maintenance Kit are intended for use only with the Cryo 7 skin cooling system. Only Cryo 7 models should be equipped with these items. Other Cryo models should be fitted with their corresponding Cryo Maintenance Kit items.
